The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with Ventilation system,Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for large scale Residential/Commercial/Township projects.The role requires site execution knowledge and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning & Coordination
Review GFC drawings,BOQ,technical specifications and highlight discrepancies for resolution.
Prepare Electrical and Low Voltage schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
2.Site Execution Management
Monitor installation activities for Electrical(HT/LT),ELV and related systems.
Resolve technical issues with Manager-MEP in office and provide engineering solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality,safety and adherence to specifications.
3.Quality ,Safety and Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to Electrical and ELV quality standards and safety norms as per NBC 2016
Validate installation against reference standards and approved drawings.
4.Documentation & Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for Electrical and ELV with Manager-MEP
