Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mira Bhayandar. This role involves managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand and marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media calendars, monitoring and responding to audience interactions, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and coordinating with design and development teams to support campaigns.

Executive will track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation through social channels.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.

Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to schedule campaigns effectively and allocate budgets for maximum impact.

Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication and Writing skills to create compelling posts, captions, and responses.

Candidates should possess a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site startup workplace, manage multiple tasks, and stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
