Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage the academy’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the institution’s mission and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with faculty and administrative staff to promote courses, events, and student success stories. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics,



optimizing campaigns to increase reach and conversions, and supporting broader marketing initiatives through social media.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.

Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to effectively allocate content and promotional activities for maximum impact.

Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills to craft explicit, engaging, and student-focused messages.

Candidates should ideally have experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools, social media analytics, and content calendar management.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, collaborating with teams, and maintaining a student-centric, inclusive approach in all communications.
