Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding business goals and recommending Salesforce best practices.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Lead solution architecture, technical discussions, and stakeholder engagements.
Provide guidance on integrations, data architecture, security, and platform governance.
Conduct architecture reviews, health checks, and recommend platform improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer adoption.
Mentor technical teams and support customers in maximizing the value of their Salesforce investment.
