Role & responsibilities
Manage execution of Civil & interiors/MEP part of the project
Co-ordinate between Project Manager & Vendor partners for smooth execution
Co-ordinate between projects team & internal team i.e., design, procurement etc
Lead the entire documentation process for the project assigned starting with method statements, WPRs, DPRs, & other project documentation
Work with the PM on micro scheduling & subsequent tracking - MSP/Primavera
Lead the entire documentation process for the project assigned starting with method statements, WPRs, DPRs, & other project documentation
Ensure EHS compliance on site

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management,



Master of Business Administration (optional)
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
Experience with budget management and Project planning skills
Strategic thinker and leader with Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP)
Multi-tasking skillsets and ability to work under pressure
MS office skills -Positive at preparing high impact presentations
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
