About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sr.

Admission

Counsellors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs offered through our university partners.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with admissions and course-related queries.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable programs.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, admission process, scholarships (if applicable), and university benefits.
Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails,



and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries into admissions while achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams to ensure smooth document collection and enrollment.
Build solid relationships with students by providing timely and professional support throughout the admission journey.
Stay updated on university policies, admission guidelines, and course offerings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
