Store Manager – Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery store to ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock audits, and product replenishment.
Monitor high-value jewellery handling, security, and loss prevention procedures.
Oversee visual merchandising and ensure product displays are attractive and brand-compliant.
Maintain billing accuracy, cash handling, and POS operations.
Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for stock movement and recent collections.
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and jewellery industry regulations.
Manage store expenses and optimize operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
