Social Media Community Management
Manage and monitor all social media platforms of Juniors Group of Companies and its associated brands.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer queries across all platforms.
Address inquiries related to upcoming events, registrations, products, and services.
Handle customer grievances with empathy and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain a positive brand image through effective and courteous communication.
Escalate critical concerns to the relevant departments whenever required.
Communicate with parents, associates, partners, and other stakeholders through email and WhatsApp.
Share updates regarding upcoming events, activities, schedules, and significant announcements.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain effective communication records.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate information to customers and associates.

Data Management & Reporting




Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
Update communication trackers and prepare reports as required.
Organize data accurately for future reference and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in Community Management, Customer Support, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
Candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple conversations while maintaining professionalism.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
Familiarity with additional regional or international languages will be considered an added advantage.
