Salary: ₹2.0 Lakhs – ₹2.5 Lakhs per Month

Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
Currently working as a Chef de Cuisine (CDC) or Junior Sous Chef.
Experience in reputed South Indian restaurants or high-volume standalone restaurants.
Solid knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and regional specialties.
Ability to maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Experience in kitchen operations, food cost control, inventory management, and team supervision.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Willing to relocate immediately.

Preferred Skills
Expertise in traditional South Indian dishes, dosas, idlis, appams, curries, biryanis, seafood, and regional specialties.
Ability to train and lead kitchen staff.
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.

Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
