Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or any related technical discipline.
Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.




Troubleshoot operating system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux settings.
Manage user accounts, passwords, access rights, and system permissions.
Install, update, and support business applications and software.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain IT asset inventory and document support requests.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve advanced technical issues.
Ensure compliance with data security, backup, and IT support best practices.
