We are looking for an experienced and driven

ERPNext Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

4–5 years of hands-on experience in

ERPNext implementation, customization, and support

, and will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of ERP projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across various departments.
Customize and configure ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERPNext systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate tasks within the ERP team.
Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.




Troubleshoot system issues and ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills And Qualifications
4–5 years of robust, hands-on experience with ERPNext (implementation, customization, and support).
In-depth functional and technical understanding of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchase, etc.
Proven experience in leading ERP projects and managing stakeholders.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
