Tech Lead C++/C# We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead C++/C# Developer to join our team at einnosys in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in C++/C# development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality software.

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers in C++/C# software development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.

Write clean, productive, and maintainable code using modern C++/C# programming practices.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Work closely with QA team to ensure code quality and resolve defects.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.





Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in C++/C# software development.

Robust knowledge of software design patterns and principles.

Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
