Talent Acquisition Specialist – BFSI Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruiting for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for sales and business roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and sales-related positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and drive candidate joining.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
Track recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.




Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or FinTech industry.
Experience hiring for roles such as Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Loan Officer, Credit Manager, Wealth Manager, and other banking or financial services positions.
Solid sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver closures within defined timelines.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in high-volume or lateral hiring for BFSI roles will be an added advantage.
