Manager - Business Excellence will support PMLI-wide process improvement initiatives using six sigma and LEAN methodologies. The role will work closely with the Head of Business Excellence and cross functional stakeholders to execute shortlisted and prioritized projects. The role involves deep-dive analysis, process mapping, project execution, and partnering with cross-functional business teams to deliver measurable efficiency,
quality, and customer experience improvements as part of the project outcomes.
