Team Lead – Contracts Location: Pune

CTC: Up to 14 LPA

Experience: 5–8 Years

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Team Lead – Contracts with robust experience in handling and managing various types of contracts. The candidate will be responsible for contract drafting, validation, review, compliance management, and leading a contracts team.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, validate, and manage different types of contracts and agreements.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
Handle contract lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, and documentation.
Identify contractual risks and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
Work closely with legal, HR, procurement,



finance, and business teams.
Lead and mentor team members while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills
Strong experience in contract management and contract validation.
Experience handling commercial, vendor, client, employment, or service agreements.
Valuable understanding of compliance, documentation, and risk assessment.
Team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Solid communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
