Oversee daily wash bay, dry bay, and interior detailing operations
Manage, schedule, and supervise a team of 10 staff members
Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction
Handle cash/billing, daily reconciliation, and reporting to management
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and consumables
Coordinate staff training on service standards and safety
Handle customer complaints and service recovery
Monitor and improve turnaround times and vehicle throughput
Maintain equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs/maintenance
Track daily/monthly performance against targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
