We are hiring an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise MPC applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with the ability to drive technical design, mentor developers, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of MPC services and modules.
Develop scalable applications using .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS, PostgreSQL,



and MongoDB.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Review code and enforce coding standards.
Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Support production issues, root cause analysis, and deployments.
Ensure secure coding practices, CI/CD compliance, and SOX standards.
