About the Role

Talent Acquisition with experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Blue-Collar, Grey-Collar, and Entry-Level White-Collar positions.
Handle bulk hiring requirements while ensuring quality and timely closures.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Organize and coordinate Campus Drives,



Walk-in Interviews, and Virtual Interview Drives.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring seamless coordination.
Collect interview feedback, negotiate offers where applicable, and complete joining formalities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining to reduce offer dropouts.
Build and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for current employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
