Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding QuickBooks products and services.
Sell QuickBooks subscriptions, upgrades, support plans, and related service packages.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable QuickBooks solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell support plans, software upgrades, and value-added services.
Assist customers with basic product information, licensing, activation, and subscription queries.
Build trust with customers by providing accurate product information and professional consultation.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM after every interaction.
Follow sales processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with technical support teams for complex customer issues whenever required.
Stay updated on QuickBooks products, features, pricing, and promotions.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in International Sales, Technical Sales, or Software Sales.




Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent listening skills.
Basic understanding of accounting software or QuickBooks is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in International BPO Sales or Technical Sales.
Prior experience selling QuickBooks, accounting software, SaaS products, or technical support services is highly preferred.
Experience handling US customers is an added advantage.
Knowledge of accounting concepts and bookkeeping will be beneficial.
