:
Position: Store Officer
Location: Daman
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials as per company procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and ensure timely system updates.
Perform material inward and outward entries, GRN, stock transfers, and issue transactions in SAP.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production to avoid shortages.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory with SAP records.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
Handle rejected, damaged, and non-moving materials as per company procedures.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, and audit requirements.
Ensure housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices are maintained in the store area.
Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records and documents.
Monitor material movement and ensure timely dispatch with proper documentation.
Train and guide store assistants to ensure effective store operations.

Required Qualification: - B.Com/M.com
Salary :- Upto 3 LPA
