Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring timelines.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
Solid sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
