Edify World School, Whitefield, Bangalore is hiring an experienced Social Science Coordinator to lead and teach Social Science for the middle and secondary grades.

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Teach Social Science subjects including History, Geography, Civics, Economics, and Political Science.
Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.
Coordinate the Social Science department and support academic planning.
Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and classroom practices.
Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
Organize subject-related activities, projects, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to achieve academic goals.

Requirements:
3–8 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools.




Prior experience as a Subject Coordinator or Academic Coordinator is preferred.
Robust knowledge of the CBSE Social Science curriculum.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor teachers and coordinate departmental activities.

Qualification:
BA/MA in History, Geography, Political Science, or a related Social Science discipline.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
