Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Zoho Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.
Develop custom applications, workflows, Deluge scripts, custom functions, widgets, and extensions.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure solution security, scalability, and maintainability.




Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Stay updated with the latest Zoho platform features and best practices.

Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho platform development.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and Zoho Flow.
Experience integrating Zoho applications using REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and JSON/XML.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with custom modules, workflows, blueprints, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple Zoho applications (Books, Desk, People, Inventory, Analytics, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration tools.
Zoho certifications are an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
