This full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role is based in Indore.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across various roles and levels. The position involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, conducting IT recruitment for technical positions, maintaining recruitment data and reports, and supporting continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies.

Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring efforts with business needs and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile




Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills for managing complete recruitment lifecycles.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess IT Recruitment skills for sourcing and evaluating technical and technology-focused talent.
Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help enhance the organizations presence in the talent market.
Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
Ability to work in office in Indore, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring targets and timelines.
Solid organizational, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
