Role Description The Staff Accountant – Luxembourg role is a full time, on-site position based in Luxembourg.

The Staff

Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts for Luxembourg-related operations. The role involves processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with tax compliance and regulatory filings, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting, adherence to relevant accounting standards, and timely submission of financial information. The position also includes supporting audits, maintaining organized financial records, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.

Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and compliance,



ideally with exposure to international or Luxembourg-related accounting and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and relevant office tools used for financial analysis and reporting.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) or progress toward such qualifications are an advantage.

Experience in corporate accounting, shared services, or international financial operations is preferred; familiarity with immigration or consulting environments is a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam, manage deadlines, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information.
