Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day last mile delivery operations.
Supervise and coordinate delivery associates/riders.
Ensure on-time dispatches and successful order closures.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and rider performance.
Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with hub teams to maintain smooth operations.
Prepare daily operational reports and achieve performance targets.
Required Skills
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Problem-solving and team management skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
