We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a robust background in M365, Command Center leadership, DevOps support, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, and leading teams in a dynamic environment. A critical requirement for this role is expertise in Windows Virtual Desktop.
Responsibilities
Lead the Command Center operations, ensuring seamless infrastructure management and support.
Implement and manage M365 solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
Provide DevOps support, facilitating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost effectiveness.
Oversee the deployment and management of Windows Virtual Desktop environments.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with Windows Virtual Desktop.
Strong knowledge of M365 administration and management.
Proficiency in AWS services and architecture.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in infrastructure operations or a related role.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
