Job Summary

HI Tours Group is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Team Lead – Short Haul to lead the sales and operations team for international short-haul holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, distributing work, driving sales performance, overseeing daily operations, and handling individual sales while ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage the Short Haul Sales & Operations team.
Allocate and monitor daily sales enquiries and operational tasks among team members.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of incoming leads.
Track team performance and ensure sales and operational targets are achieved.
Personally handle high-value or key customer enquiries and generate individual sales.
Oversee the complete booking process from enquiry to travel completion.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and travel partners for smooth operations.
Ensure quotations, bookings, confirmations, and travel documents are processed accurately and on time.
Resolve customer escalations and operational issues efficiently.
Train, coach,



and motivate team members to improve productivity and service quality.
Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to business growth.

Sound knowledge of international holiday packages and travel operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.

Preferred Candidate

Profile
8–9 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales and operations team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets while managing a team.
Experience in handling both individual sales and team performance.
Robust leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
