Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for solar EPC materials.
Source quotations for Solar Modules, Inverters, Structures, Cables, Earthing Materials, BOS items, and Electrical Components.
Compare vendor quotations based on price, quality, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors until material delivery.
Track procurement status and ensure timely availability of materials for project execution.
Coordinate with the Project, Engineering, and Store teams regarding material requirements.
Maintain vendor database, price comparisons, and procurement records.




Resolve supply issues, shortages, and delivery delays.
Monitor inventory requirements and support cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Solar EPC materials and procurement processes.
Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
Valuable understanding of supply chain and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
