The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly hiring targets. Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS/MIS regularly. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Telesales/Bulk Hiring preferred). Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven workplace. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
