We are looking for a smart, energetic, enthusiastic, and responsible Store Supervisor who can efficiently manage store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead the store team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day store operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor stock availability and initiate replenishment when required.
Verify GRNs, delivery challans, and stock documentation.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials.
Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and inventory control procedures.
Lead, train,



and motivate the store team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
