Key Responsibilities Collect data from various points of contact (POCs) across teams.

Prepare datasets for upload using SQL queries and data validation techniques.

Upload and maintain data in the organization’s database systems.

Perform data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.

Support the recruitment team through training and data management assistance.

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related queries and issues.

Collaborate with sales, business, and customer success management (CSM) teams to understand and fulfill their data needs.

Provide first-line support for technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and internal tools.

Keep up with data tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Present findings in easy-to-understand reports, charts, or dashboards.

Use several analytical tools provided by the company to arrive at conclusions in a fast-paced setting.
