Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete in-house recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal openings.
Use various sourcing methods including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and databases.
Maintain and update the internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interviewers.
Assist in employer branding efforts to promote a strong internal recruitment brand.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow-ups.
Generate recruitment-related reports and analytics as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in-house or in a staffing/recruiting workplace.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelors/MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
