ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Attend daily morning meetings involving Quality, Production, Sales, Purchase, and Warehouse teams.

l Record and maintain a log of all issues, mistakes, delays, and interdepartmental challenges discussed.

l Actively follow up with respective departments to resolve identified problems on time.

l Coordinate material flow, information sharing, and process alignment between all departments.

l Identify root causes of daily operational issues and work with relevant teams to develop permanent solutions.

l Maintain a daily issue tracker and ensure proper documentation of all follow-ups and closures.

l Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational efficiency and timely deliveries.

l Communicate regularly with all departments to ensure smooth coordination and zero disruption.

l Escalate unresolved issues to management as required and track until closure.

l Share a daily summary report with management covering problems raised, resolved, and pending actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

l Graduate in any stream (preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management)

Experience in manufacturing or production setting preferred
