Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Counselor, you will guide parents or adult learners post-demo class, conduct personalized video counseling sessions, and drive successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with parents/adult learners to address queries and showcase the program's value.
Conduct detailed video counseling sessions to help prospects finalize their enrollment decision.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead engagement to conversion.
Meet weekly revenue targets through prospecting calls and regular follow-ups.
Solid vision to grow as an Assistant Manager - Sales in 9 - 12 months by successfully achieving weekly targets

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
6months- 12 months of experience in B2C sales or counseling (EdTech experience preferred).
Solid communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Must be located in Gurgaon or willing to relocate, Full Time Work From Office
