Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs analysis by understanding client and organizational training requirements.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs and workshops.

Develop and update training materials, presentations (PPTs), handouts, activities, and learning resources.

Coordinate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content development and training delivery.

Prepare training schedules, trainer briefs, and ensure all pre-session activities are completed.

Manage end-to-end training logistics, including participant communication, venue/online session arrangements, and technical support.

Register participants on the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.

Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution of both online and offline programs.

Track attendance, assessments, participant feedback, and maintain accurate training documentation.

Prepare post-training reports, feedback summaries,



and client reports.

Maintain trainer databases, training records, and archive training materials and session recordings.

Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, quality standards, and training processes.

Identify prospects for continuous improvement by analyzing participant feedback and implementing process enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Learning & Development initiatives and organizational growth.
