Amadora is a rapid-growing premium ice cream brand operating multiple stores across Chennai. We make everything fresh, and a tight supply chain is what keeps our stores stocked and our quality consistent.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Supply Chain Manager to own the day-to-day flow of stock across our stores — from central kitchen/warehouse to storefront. You'll run the weekly indent, manage replenishment, track consumption, and make sure no store ever runs out (or over-orders). This is a hands-on role with room to grow into full supply chain ownership.

What You'll Do
Prepare weekly store indents and purchase orders based on consumption and stock reports
Monitor inventory across stores and flag shortages, overstock, and wastage
Coordinate with vendors on ordering, deliveries, and timelines
Track dry stock, packaging (cones/cups), and raw material consumption




Reconcile stock counts and investigate variances
Analyze daily sales and consumption data to improve forecasting
Support cost control and identify efficiency improvements

What We're Looking For
1–3 years in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or operations (F&B;/retail a plus)
Robust Excel skills and comfort working with sales/stock reports
Sharp attention to detail and a numbers-driven mindset
Well-organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple stores at once
Positive communication skills for coordinating with vendors and store teams
Bachelor's degree; supply chain/operations background preferred

Nice to Have
Experience with POS/inventory systems (e.g., Petpooja)
Exposure to food/perishable goods supply chains
