Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and statutory safety requirements.
Conduct HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, LOPA, PSSR, and risk assessment studies.
Investigate process safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement CAPA.
Review and update SOPs, operating procedures, and emergency response plans.
Monitor critical process safety parameters and recommend improvements.
Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) activities.
Conduct process safety audits and ensure closure of observations.
Provide process safety training and awareness to plant personnel.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to enhance plant safety and reliability.
Support implementation of process safety improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)
Hands-on experience in HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, PSSR, HIRA, and RCA
Knowledge of chemical process operations and risk assessment techniques
Familiarity with statutory safety regulations and best practices
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
