BusinessDevelopmentExecutive/Manager
Partnerwithhiringmanagerstounderstandhiringrequirementsanddeliverqualitytalentwithin agreed timelines.
SourcecandidatesthroughNaukri,LinkedIn,Apna,JobHai,employeereferrals,socialmedia,and other recruitment channels.
Conduct HR screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, communication, and culturalfit.
Buildandmaintainastrongtalentpipelineforcurrentandfuturehiringneeds.
Coordinateinterviews,managecandidatecommunication,andensureanexcellentcandidateexperience.
Negotiatecompensation,releaseoffers,andcoordinateonboardingactivities.
Maintainrecruitmenttrackers,ATS/HRMSrecords,andhiringreports.
Meethiringtargetswhileensuringqualityandtimelyclosures.
Supportemployerbrandinginitiatives,recruitmentdrives,andcampushiringactivitieswhen required.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
MandatoryexperienceinhiringfortheRealEstateindustry.
ProvenexperiencerecruitingforFieldSales,FieldRelationshipManager,AreaSalesManager,and other sales/business development roles.
Strongunderstandingofthecompleterecruitmentlifecycle.
Hands-onexperienceusingNaukri,LinkedInRecruiter,Apna,JobHai,andothersourcingplatforms.
Excellentcommunication,interviewing,stakeholdermanagement,andnegotiationskills.
Abilitytomanagemultiplerequisitionsinafast-paced,target-drivenenvironment.
GoodknowledgeofMSOfficeandHRMS/ATStools.
