Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer Execution with solid hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology for residential high-rise projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of structural and finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise Mivan formwork, RCC, and structural works.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor Mivan cycle time and achieve construction milestones.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure quality checks for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
Plan manpower, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted site execution.
Maintain daily progress reports and resolve site execution issues.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Verify measurements and monitor contractor work for timely billing.

Requirements
Mandatory experience in Mivan residential high-rise projects.
Solid knowledge of RCC, aluminium formwork systems, concrete technology, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
