Job Responsibilities
Provide high quality nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the doctors.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries when required.
Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post treatment care.
Ensure infection control practices and maintain cleanliness within the clinical area.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, reception staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

Eligibility
ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
Age: 25 to 40 years.
Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
Freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
Solid clinical and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.




Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient focused attitude.
Valuable documentation and record keeping skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in an ENT clinic, hospital, multispeciality hospital, or healthcare facility is preferred.
Familiarity with OP, minor OT, and patient care procedures will be an added advantage.
