Role Description The Technical Assistant role at Aone Systems is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Technical

Assistant will support daily technical operations related to LED panel lights, including assisting with installations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs under the guidance of senior technicians. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, documenting service requests, and maintaining records of technical work performed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills for handling LED lighting products and related services.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical information, and support effective problem-solving.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of electrical or electronic components, with the ability to learn product-specific procedures.
Relevant experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role in lighting or electrical systems is beneficial.
A diploma or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, follow safety protocols, and manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
