B.Sc/M.Sc. Lifesciences/ Chemistry or Bpharm Mpharm related subjects The candidate should be capable of managing the following work responsibilities
Conduct practical hands-on training sessions on analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, Karl Fischer Titrator, and other laboratory instruments.
Demonstrate the principles, operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of analytical instruments.
Train students and specialists in sample preparation, instrument operation, data acquisition, interpretation, and troubleshooting.
Supervise trainees during laboratory experiments and ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GLP, GMP, and good documentation practices (ALCOA+).
Perform routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
Maintain instrument logbooks, calibration records,



maintenance records, and training documentation.
Assist in analytical method development, method validation, and routine sample analysis when required.
Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, assignments, and competency tests.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and secure operation of the laboratory.
Support workshops, internships, industrial visits, seminars, and skill development programs conducted by the organization.
Keep updated with advancements in analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques and incorporate best practices into training.
