Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and convert inquiries into sales. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Record interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Handle objections professionally and close sales. Collaborate with the sales team and share customer insights. Build positive customer relationships and follow up on marketing leads.
Requirements: Experience in tele sales or call center sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. Goal-driven and able to work in a rapid-paced workplace. Basic computer and CRM skills. Robust problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,867.44 - ₹40,760.52 per month
