Responsibilities :
Plans production based on demand forecasts and available manufacturing capacity.
Ensures timely availability of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to support uninterrupted production.
Coordinates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and other cross-functional teams for smooth planning and execution.
Monitors inventory levels, manages shortages, slow-moving stock, and blocked inventory, and drives inventory optimization.
Creates and manages process orders, BOM approvals, TrackWise change controls, and planning activities in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
Participates in monthly S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand, supply, and production plans.
Tracks recent product launches, long lead-time materials, and critical formulations to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Prepares MIS reports, planning dashboards, and performance review presentations while driving continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
