Doctor Wealth is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller cum Sales Support Executive to assist in lead generation, client engagement, appointment scheduling, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
Explain the company's financial products and services to clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and documentation.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support are welcome.
Experience in BFSI, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.





Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Positive telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
