Lead and supervise all RIVEA Foundation activities in the assigned area.
Plan, implement, and monitor education, health, community development, and other social initiatives.
Coordinate with schools, government departments, local authorities, CSR partners, and community leaders.
Manage field staff and volunteers to ensure timely completion of activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain project documentation.
Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, meetings, and community events.
Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of targets.
Maintain records, beneficiary data, and MIS reports.
Handle office administration related to project activities.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
