Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating selection decisions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.





The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also includes continuous improvement of recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess qualifications and support structured decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
