Role Description This is a full time, in office Tele-caller role based in Delhi, India. The Tele-caller will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share product information, understand requirements, and generate leads for the sales team.

The role involves answering inbound calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining a courteous, qualified tone during all customer interactions. The Tele-caller will update and manage call logs and customer details in company systems, follow up on leads, and coordinate with sales and operations teams to support order closures.



The role also includes meeting daily and weekly call targets while adhering to company communication standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and a skilled telephone manner.
Candidates should possess customer interaction skills such as rapport building, objection handling, and basic negotiation for lead conversion.
Candidates should possess organizational skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and time management to handle high call volumes.
Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including working with call management tools, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, resilience in handling rejection, and a positive, target-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer support in B2B or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Familiarity with paper, packaging, or labeling products is an added benefit but not mandatory.
