About the Role

We are seeking a rapid-paced, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across teams. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent. You will thrive in a high-growth environment, partnering with business leaders to build robust talent pipelines and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and draft explicit candidate personas.
Leverage direct sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, direct search) to identify passive candidates.
Track and optimize key talent metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.




Drive smooth onboarding handoffs and ensure every candidate receives a transparent, positive experience.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience.
Background: Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup or Indian unicorn setting is required.
Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search techniques, and talent mapping.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
Notice Period: Must be able to join within 30 days.
